Always looking for unique, affordable, quality jewelry, I began to suspect that you either settled for department store bling that everyone else was wearing, or you hocked Aunt Rose's silver to buy an original piece from a designer-forget being able to afford matching earrings! Either option seemed ridiculously limited, and who wants limitations?
Epiphany! There was absolutely no reason to settle. I began to study the art of jewelry design before crafting my own pieces from semi-precious gemstones, glass, crystal, and various metals including sterling silver.
My intentions are to craft original, widely varying pieces inspired by nature, color, texture and my own creative muse with the highest quality materials available. Trends come and go, but artistic vision and quality are timeless. I strive to design from that inner source that is unique to each and every person.
I hope that you will find a piece (or two!) that sparks that special space within you. A vibrant color, a particular shape or fantastic stone...something you know will bring joy and beauty into your life.

Hill Tribes
Hill Tribes fine silver beads, pendants, drops and components are handcrafted by indigenous tribes in Northern Thailand. Each bead is crafted by hand using .999 pure silver which has a greater resistance to tarnish. No two pieces of Hill Tribe silver are exactly the same, and there is no doubt that these beautiful, traditional handcrafts lend Lynn Paris Originals collections a special, unique spark.
Bali
Bali silver is handmade by Balinese artists on the island of Bali. The Balinese, like the Hill Tribes, have been perfecting their art and passing on their silversmithing traditions for centuries. Lynn Paris utilizes Bali beads, toggles & drops. Again, no two pieces are exactly alike, which lends a special quality to each bead and drop
Rajasthani
Rajasthani silver beads are crafted by artists in India. Each piece is painstakingly shaped then polished to bring out the silver's fine sheen. You will find these special silver charms in our earrings and necklaces.
Our remaining charms, beads & drops are always .925 sterling silver and polished to a beautiful luster before being shipped.
Vermeil:
Vermeil is sterling silver, heavily electroplated with yellow gold and is used exclusively in Lynn Paris designs for our gold beadcaps.
Gemstones:
We use only natural semi-precious gemstones such as: amethyst, amber, tigereye, chalcedony, peridot, citrine, quartz, turquoise, chrysocolla, agate & garnet. Some gemstones are faceted, adding brilliant shine to a piece, while others showcase a traditional round cut.
Pearls:
All of our pearls are fresh water & dyed in many cases, to best highlight a piece.
Shells:
Paua shell’s dazzling colors and shine are spectacular! We also use tiger cowrie for its bold and earthy look.
Crystals:
We only use Swarovski crystals as we feel their reflective brilliance is unmatched!
Clasps & Chains:
All of our clasps, findings, beadcaps and chains are .925 sterling silver (or higher) or 14k gold fill.
Caring for your Jewelry
Sterling silver oxidizes (tarnishes) with exposure to skin, air, products, etc. To reduce tarnish, you can store your pieces in sealed plastic bags with strips of anti-tarnish paper. Or, store as normal, and polish silver pieces occasionally with a silver polishing cloth. We do NOT recommend using liquid anti-tarnish cleaners if your jewelry includes any natural stones, pearls or shells, as it will erode these natural items.
